FOR TEAMS
Your calendar is full. Your capacity isn't.
With two staff members, planning still fits in someone's head. With six staff, three rooms and shared equipment, it becomes manual work.

Recognise this, and your planning is the bottleneck.
The planner trades manually
To fit one request in, three other appointments get moved.
Exceptions live in people's heads
Only the regular planner knows which treatment can go in which room.
Saying no with a free room
Requests get turned down while capacity sits unused.
A device blocks for too long
A shared device gets locked for a whole half-day just to be safe.
New hire, old knowledge
Onboarding takes weeks because the rules live nowhere.
Growth feels risky
An extra treatment room or location mostly adds planning pressure.
What your customer sees is what your team can deliver.
The widget only shows moments where staff, room and device are free at once. No promise the planner has to untangle afterwards.

Access that fits each team member’s task.
Administrator and staff member are the existing roles. New additions are viewer and schedule manager, with more limited permissions. Their rollout is in preparation. Roles apply within your organisation; they do not restrict access to a single location.
Manages team access, settings and the organisation’s scheduling.
Works with the existing calendar and day-to-day scheduling. Management actions remain subject to additional permissions.
Reads the calendar, appointment details, customer overview and schedules. Cannot change appointments or schedules.
Manages work schedules, exceptions, closure dates and opening hours. Has no access to the calendar, customers or other settings.
SHARED EQUIPMENT
The device is busy for exactly as long as it's actually busy.
Preparation, treatment and cleaning are counted separately. What's left is usable time for another practitioner.
MULTIPLE ROOMS
Not every room can run every treatment.
Connections, extraction, surface area and fit-out determine what's allowed where. PlanLogic knows those properties and enforces them automatically.
Bring your capacity question with you.
We'll look together at your current roster, rooms and equipment.
